Student accused of threats against Cape Fear High School denied space a juvenile detention center

Administrators at Cape Fear High School are working to ease the fear of parents and students after a 16-year-old student with special needs broke into the high school’s internet page and threatened to “shutdown” the Jan. 13 home basketball game.
